A quick note so say Candace was lovely kind, knowledgeable ,efficient and patient when I completed my insurance via phone yesterday with her. I know how difficult it can be to deal with the public these days and I appreciated her lovely attitude. It’s Friday if she’s working let her have a longer lunch or get off early!! We were in contact with the Sidney Office to review our house insurance policy and various options available prior to considering whether to sign up for another year. Our insurance broker was Lea Bolton and we found her so very helpful.    Her explanations were thorough and the printouts she provided of the various options made the process very informative.     Her dedication to her work and her customers was obvious as she stayed past her quitting time to wrap things up for us. With staff like Lea Bolton, it makes us happy to continue getting our insurance with Harbord.     She explained the potential benefit of bringing our auto insurance to Harbord as well, and we will be doing that when renewal time rolls around for our vehicle and trailer.
It was a very busy office and we were glad it was air-conditioned and that there were plastic barriers between staff and customers for Covid reasons.
